«FRENCH BOULEVARD» wines have long been an integral part not only of Odesa, but also of Ukraine.
The trade mark «FRENCH BOULEVARD» became the face of a historical place: 10, Frantsuzskiy Boulevard, Odesa. It was at this address in 1857, in the old catacombs facing the sea, the Belgian consul, professor of medicine Victor Enno and the French merchant Francois Nouveau opened cellars for the production and storage of wines. Later, the first retired from business, and the enterprise was known to Odesаns as «Nuvo cellars» for many years.
Later, one of the oldest wine-making enterprises of Ukraine «ODESAVYNPROM» – the direct heir of «Nuvo Cellars» – was located here, and now there is the branded wine shop «FRENCH BOULEVARD».
In 1997, the wines produced at this address received the eponymous name «FRENCH BOULEVARD» and became famous in a fairly short time!
